Shri Hiteshkumar Gaurishankar Patel leads the Company’s team and comes with a varied experience in this line of activity of more than 15 Years. He started his career as a trader of Agro-commodities and then slowly moved towards setting up a processing facility for basmati rice. He has been instrumental in successfully operating this manufacturing facility and generating handsome revenue and profitability over the years.
Mr. Patel holds a graduate degree in management and it is his long-standing association with the various stakeholders of the business, that gives him the acumen of successfully running the Company. He comes across as a prudent mix of experience and dynamism. He is also a successful agriculturist, and it is this facet of his personality which gives him deep understanding of the supply side of the business.
In spite of his adequate experience, Mr. Patel has immense zeal to be on the learning side, and constantly endeavors to better his personal goals on a dynamic basis.
Ms. Ziral P. Soni is a Company Secretary having extensive experience in providing services and consultancy in Incorporation, Company Law, Securities Law, Finance and Secretarial Audits. She has completed her Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University and underwent her Apprenticeship Training under M/s Shah & Santoki Associates.
She has previously worked as a Company Secretary for; Art Nirman Ltd., Duracon Vitrified Private Limited and Mishtann Foods Limited. She is currently associated with Gujarat Toolroom Limited as Company secretary of the Company. She is thoroughly adept with orporate and Regulatory compliances which is demonstrated by her work experience and accolades.
She is holding the Position of Independent Directorship in Other Companies as Well.

CS (Dr.) Yashree Dixit is a fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Apart from that having a qualification in the Master of Commerce (M.COM) and completed her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Analysis of Corporate Governance practices of selected Indian Companies at GLS University, Ahmedabad.
She has a Certified Independent director at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), MCA. She has a Registered Trademark Agent with Trademark Registry. She has worked as Practicing Company Secretary at YASHREE DIXIT & ASSOCIATES and dealt with the formation of Companies, Secretarial Audit, IPR Related work, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code & other compliance with Listed and Unlisted companies, specialized services like Preparing Resolution plan of various Company.
She has enriching teaching experience in ‘Business and corporate Law’, ‘corporate governance, and ‘management’ at under-graduate, post-graduate, and Professional Levels. Her area of specialization is corporate law, IPR, and corporate governance. She has conducted several executive development and training programs (EDP) for Company Secretary Students at the various chapters of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
She has conducted various webinars/Seminars on Intellectual Property rights with various Institutes at the National & International levels. She has taken seminars and webinars for members on different topics of corporate Law at various Chapters of ICSI, ICAI, and ICWAI. She has a MOOC Expert Faculty member at Gujarat University (SWAYAM –MHRD). She has taken various sessions on SWAYAM PRABHA, DTH Channel at the Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMRC), Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
She has been judged in National Level Case Analysis Competition & Business Plan Event at Nirma University. She has published a number of research papers and articles in a refereed national and international academic journal; presented papers in many national and international conferences in India. She has received Top 100 Global Women Inspiration awards (GWIA) from I Can Foundation, Jaipur and Woman Managing directors of the year award from GISR Foundation, New Delhi.
